Post – implementation Review

Planning Workshop

We form a project team and a ‘steering committee’ of stakeholders across all groups within your business. A workshop is arranged to introduce the parties to each other. During the workshop the project plan, objectives and deadlines are agreed with the team and committee.

Project Plan

We prepare a comprehensive project plan with realistic, achievable goals and milestones to ensure the process is fully controlled and structured. GANTT charts and critical business planning are fully utilized during this process.

Project Management

We ensure that the project plan is strictly followed and manage the parties involved. Each implementation phase is fully documented and officially approved by the implementation team and steering committee. Flow charts, written procedures and minutes of meetings are maintained.

Project Tracking

All parties are regularly updated on the project progress and we take full responsibility of making sure all internal deadlines, commitments and goals are being met. Any unforeseen issues are addressed and resolved immediately and are communicated to all parties.

Implementation

Our aim is to ensure that the new system is up and running within the agreed timescale, with the minimum amount of disruption to daily activities. Therefore, user acceptance testing (UAT) sessions are completed on all modules and processes to test the solution before full implementation. All existing data is cleansed and accurately transferred to the new system.

Software Configuration

Once the new system is in place, we configure it to your exact needs and ensure it matches your business processes. We work closely with the implementation team to ensure that the configuration is completed to schedule and the system is fully tested.

Solution Workshop

Key users across all groups of the business are given the opportunity to use the new software to ensure it meets their specific requirements. Changes are made to the system if required.

Reports

Both standard and customized reports can to be configured to meet specific requirements.

Training

A tailored training program is produced to ensure that every member of staff is confident and comfortable using the software. A structured training program of classroom, on-site and one to one training is arranged and customized to suit your needs.

Post – implementation Review

After the new system has been live for a few months we will carry out a post implementation review to ensure that the system meets your exact requirements, operates correctly and that all staff are comfortable using it.
